Who's It For?

Texas Youth Ministry Camp is open to youth ages 5–25 who are seeking to grow in their faith, build confidence, and connect with a Christ-centered community.

Jr. Campers

Ages 5–11

A fun and engaging experience designed to introduce younger campers to worship, creativity, and foundational faith-building in a supportive environment.

Sr. Campers

Ages 12-25

A more immersive experience focused on deeper spiritual growth, leadership development, and active participation in worship and ministry.

Daily Schedule

Thursday – Kickoff Night (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Pajama Jam Night with food, fellowship, and a fun welcome to camp.

Friday – Day One (8:00 AM – 4:30PM)

Check-in & breakfast
Worship and workshop sessions
Lunch break
Group activities and training
Pick up by 5:00pm

Saturday – Day Two (8:00 AM – 2:30 PM) & (5:00pm-8:00pm)

Morning sessions & breakfast
Final rehearsals
Break (2:30pm-5:00pm)

Chaperone Info

Chaperones play an important role in supporting and supervising youth throughout the camp experience. Additional guidelines and expectations will be provided upon registration.

Group Rates (per night):

• 15+ rooms: $80 + tax

• 10–14 rooms: $85 + tax

• Less than 10 rooms: $90 + tax

Booking Details:

Guests may pay individually or one person may cover the full group.

The hotel requires rooming list / reservations to be submitted by May 27th, 2026.
